Custom T-Shirts
Custom T-Shirts are more popular these days then ever before... Reason being is, a T-Shirt as simple as it may seem can go along way when promoting your brand/business. Clothing of any kind (hats, t-shirts, etc) have always represented its wearer, giving you hints of personality and such. It does the same for businesses, family reunions, or what have you. Whether it be business or personal customs t-shirts can represent you right at an economical price.
SILK SCREEN VS HEAT TRANSFER

In the screen printing method, actual screens are used in the process. These screens are cut to make a stencil for your custom design. Ink is then spread over the screen, passing through to the shirt underneath. Only one color per screen can be used. If you need multiple colors, you’ll need multiple screens & each screen costs to set up. Silk screening is a preferred and more economical means for large quantity orders.

Heat transfer printing is a process that uses a combination of heat and pressure. Most common forms are, vinyl heat transfer & digital print heat transfer. With vinyl heat transfer, a your image and/or letters are printed in a plotter cutter then weeded. A heat press is then used to transfer your image to the garment. With digital print heat transfer, the design is digitally printed on a special heat transfer paper. The heat pressed.

The best option for you depends on a number of factors. What type of item you are customizing, how many colors & what is the quantity? Because unique screens need to be cut for each color/image of a screen printed design, it is more economical to have a larger number of items printed, compared to just a few at a time. Now if you don't have a large quantity, and it is a simple 1 to 2 color job, the heat transfer process would make more sense financially, so you can order just a couple items at a time without costs being too high.
Embroidery Services

iLL iNK also offers embroidery services for hats, leather vests, work jackets, etc... For example some of our clients prefer to give their management or sales team embroidered polo shirts for that pristine professional look.
The Process
In order to get your logo embroidered on a hat or jacket, we would need a vectorized PDF of your logo just like we would for a silk screening or thermal transfer job. Then it would have to be digitized, which could cost anywhere from $30 to $80. Price per item would then depend on quantity. The more you purchase the less each item will cost.

Have Your Own Designs?We could just do the printing if you or someone you know does design. All we would need is a print ready pdf (a file format that provides an electronic image of text and/or graphics that can be edited, viewed, printed, and electronically transmitted.) For Silk Screening, thermal transfer printing, embroidery or large signage, we would need vector art. In layman's terms we would need your image and/or text to be broken down to outlines in order for our printing programs to read it. If you don't have the necessary formats for print we could re-design whatever it is you bring in for an additional fee.
